Deposit for speaker fees. Payment applied to speaker fee. Does not include travel and other accommodations. Deposits are 100% refundable if event is canceled 30 days prior. Cancellations 15 - 29 days prior to event are refunded at 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event will forfeit deposit.
